Payment for services, including co-payment, co-insurance, out-of-pocket, and deductible are due at the time of service upon registration. We accept all major credit cards and cash. NO personal checks.
Due to requirements of managed care contracts, as well as state and federal laws, we are prohibited from providing coupons or courtesy discounts on co-pays or deductibles.
